Location: Pardhanani Wilshire II, Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, India
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 2:30 AM)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Analyst in our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you’ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations and driving efficiencies across our Procure to Pay processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supplier Management: Overseeing supplier onboarding, requalification, and termination processes.
- Contract Drafting: Creating and executing Contracts and Statements of Work (SOW) using pre-designed templates.
- Document Validation: Ensuring all vendor documents meet our standards for onboarding and requalification.
- Query Management: Handling complex queries and escalations related to contracts and SOWs.
- Collaboration: Working with the Master Data Management team to update vendor profiles and support suppliers and requestors throughout the onboarding process.
- Reporting: Utilizing MS-based tools for effective reporting and managing ad hoc requests alongside daily tasks.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 4-6 years in Procure to Pay operations, with a solid understanding of SAP or other procurement systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools, coupled with strong multitasking abilities.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with supplier onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with various Procure to Pay systems.
