Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized university or institution.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or any similar certification are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in supporting common business applications such as Microsoft Office, email systems, and productivity tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Tools, and Ticketing Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other hardware.
  • Monitor and maintain servers, network systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Assist in setting up new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently using the company’s ticketing system.
  • Perform regular software updates, backups, and system checks.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and resolve recurring issues.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum age: 21 years

Selection Process:
