Job Overview:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field.
  • Certification or training in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility.
  • Prior experience in designing branding materials, web design, and marketing collateral is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the photography industry or with visual media is an advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and web assets.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for website and app design (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative visual assets, including social media graphics, print brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and photography teams to develop visually appealing content that supports brand campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
  • Create high-quality visual content for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare design files for production (print and digital formats).
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design skills and creativity.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill level).
