Job Overview:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Additional certifications in UI/UX Design, HTML/CSS, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) are preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal is a plus.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
  • Experience with web design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
  • Ability to create responsive and mobile-first web designs.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to implement SEO-friendly designs.
  • Good knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and troubleshooting common web design issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites that deliver an excellent user experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement front-end code and ensure smooth integration of designs with back-end functionality.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the design concepts and workflows.
  • Work with the marketing and SEO teams to ensure that the website’s design aligns with business goals, SEO best practices, and content strategies.
  • Design website layouts, graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
  • Optimize website performance by reducing load times and ensuring the site is mobile-friendly and fully responsive.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
