Primary Responsibilities:
- Reservation and Ticketing:
- Handling counter reservations.
- Selling tickets.
- Sending cash to related departments.
- Answering customer queries over the phone.
- Departure:
- Participating in pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Setting up check-in counters.
- Screening checked-in luggage.
- Maintaining the quality of check-in processes.
- Assisting customers with their requests.
- Arrival:
- Listening to and assisting customers with their requests.
- Helping customers with misplaced or damaged luggage.
- Contacting lost and found stations for assistance.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Maintaining company standards as per requirements.
- Achieving departmental goals.
- Managing security program responsibilities.
- Understanding and following quality processes and rules.
- Managing security quality.
- Working with team leaders on development tasks.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation Degree (Any stream)
