Educational Qualifications

  • HR Trainee: Candidates must be full-time graduates with a 2-year full-time first class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates) in MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labor Welfare.
  • Trade Apprentice: Candidates should have passed the All India Trade Test under the Craftsman Training Scheme and possess a National Trade Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 26 years
  • Relaxation:
    • SC/ST candidates: 5 years
    • OBC candidates: 3 years

Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹15,000, depending on the position.
