Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Multiple locations across India (Remote options available)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Age Limit:
- 18 to 30 years (Relaxation for experienced candidates).
