Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Multiple locations across India (Work from Home options available)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Base Salary + Attractive Commission)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to increase sales in assigned territories.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the products/services we offer, and be able to present these effectively to prospects.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Use various lead generation methods (cold calls, email outreach, networking) to build and qualify sales pipelines.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Conduct product presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Report Sales Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, including meeting sales quotas and generating new business.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Any additional sales certifications or courses are a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Proven sales experience (at least 2-3 years), preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating leads.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Age Limit:

  • 21 to 35 years.
