Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Matriculation (10th grade) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, or a similar role within an industrial setup.
  • Practical experience with mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in industrial environments.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance logs.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 30 years (age relaxation as per government norms for OBC/SC/ST candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical machinery and systems.
  • Inspect and test mechanical components to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and work in a safe manner at all times.

Selection Process:

  1. Written Test: A written exam will be held to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge in mechanical systems, machinery troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  2. Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be invited for an interview to assess their practical skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for the role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Additional Benefits: Health insurance, provident fund, paid leave, travel allowances, and other company-specific benefits.
