RPSC Agriculture Department Recruitment 2024: Last Date to Apply – Today!

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced a recruitment drive for 241 vacancies in the Agriculture Department. The online application process started on October 21, 2024, and today is the last date to apply by midnight (12:00 AM), November 19, 2024.

These vacancies are being filled under the Rajasthan Agricultural Subordinate Services Rules, 1978, and other relevant regulations. The recruitment will be based on a written examination.

Vacancy Details:

1. Assistant Agriculture Officer (NSA): 115 posts
2. Assistant Agriculture Officer (SA): 10 posts
3. Statistical Officer: 18 posts
4. Agriculture Research Officer: 98 posts

Educational Qualifications:

• For all posts (except Statistical Officer): A B.Sc in Agriculture or Horticulture is required.
• For Statistical Officer: Candidates should have a second division MSc in Mathematics/Statistics, or MSc in Agriculture with Statistics specialization, or MSc in Statistics.
• Knowledge of Devanagari script (reading and writing) and familiarity with Rajasthani culture is essential for all posts.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Age relaxation for SC/ST and OBC candidates as per government norms.

Application Fees:

• General/OBC (Creamy Layer)/EWS: ₹600
• SC/ST/Divyang candidates: ₹400

Selection Process:

• Written Exam (based on the syllabus specified by RPSC)

Salary:

• Salary as per Level 11 to Level 14 of the pay matrix, depending on the position.

2. Login through the SSO Portal https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
3. Complete your One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already done.
4. After completing OTR, apply through the Recruitment Portal available in the Citizen App (G2C).
5. Upload the required documents and submit the application form.
6. Pay the application fee online.
7. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
