- Collaborate with partner stores to work on speed perception and order volumes.
- Advise and train partners to improve CX metrics.
- Work on demand patterns and order volume changes during holidays/peak seasons.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience leading a team of 15+ employees in retail/store operations.
- Expertise in solving data operations-related issues.
- Experience in the Retail/FMCG/Commerce industry is preferred.
Salary Structure:
- The annual salary for this position ranges between ₹2 lakh to ₹7.4 lakh depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, as per data from AmbitionBox.
