  3. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR): For first-time users, OTR requires uploading details such as the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary or equivalent exam details, and ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter card, or driving license).
  4. Submit Application: After OTR, log in again to apply online. Remember, modifications to your OTR profile cannot be made once completed.
