RPSC Secondary Education Department Recruitment: Apply for 2,202 Posts, Last Date December 4, 2024

Ajmer, November 5, 2024 – The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced a major recruitment drive for 2,202 positions in the Secondary Education Department. The application process for this recruitment has started from November 5, 2024. This includes 2,159 Lecturer positions and 43 Coach positions (for school education). The recruitment is open only for online applications.

This recruitment is the largest for the Secondary Education Department in 2024, and it marks the return of a recruitment process after two and a half years. The previous recruitment for 6,000 teaching positions was announced in April 2022.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Lecturer Posts: Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
  • For Both Posts (Lecturer & Coach): B.Ed./D.El.Ed. diploma is mandatory.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years (as of January 1, 2025)
  • Age Relaxation: Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation.

Application Fee:

  • General and Other State Candidates: ₹600
  • OBC/BC/SC/ST Candidates: ₹400

Selection Process:

  • Selection will be based on the written exam.

Salary:

  • Salary will be as per the Pay Matrix Level – 12.

How to Apply:

  1. Visit the official RPSC website: https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or log in via the SSO portal: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
  2. Select the Recruitment Portal: After logging in, go to the Citizen App (G2C) and select the recruitment section.
  3. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR): For first-time applicants, it’s mandatory to complete OTR by entering your personal details like name, father’s name, birth date, gender, secondary exam details, and ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN card/voter card/driver’s license).
  4. Submit Application: After completing OTR, you can log in and apply online. Please note that no modifications can be made to your OTR profile after submission.
